PRIZES. The following prizes will be awarded:

• First Prize: One First Prize winner will be awarded $5,000.00 USD in cash. The ARV of the First Prize is $5,000.00.
• Second Prize: One Second Prize winner will be awarded $3,000.00 USD in cash. The ARV of the Second Prize is $3,000.00.
• Honorable Mention Prizes: Four Honorable Mention Prize winners each will receive $500.00 USD in cash. The ARVof each Honorable Mention Prize is $500.00. The total ARV of all Honorable Mention Prizes is $2,000.00.

Copyright: All Entries must be the original creations of the entrants. By submitting an Entry, each entrant grants to Sponsor a royalty- free, sublicenseable right to use, reproduce, transmit, modify (as to size, format and color correction, only), and display the Photo on Sponsor’s Web site(s) or Sponsor’s pages on social media web sites, such as Facebook or Twitter, for marketing and promotional purposes in connection with Sponsor and/or the Contest. Entrant also agrees that Sponsor may use entrant’s name with the display of the Photo.

You must submit your photo by October 24, 2012 for a chance to win one of our cash prizes. First Prize is US $5,000. Second Prize is US $3,000. And four Honorable Mention winners each will receive US $500. You can shoot with a smartphone or a pro DSLR, or even a compact camera . Process the image as little or as much as you like. Our expert panel of judges will choose winners based on relevance to the theme, originality, creativity and composition. So go out and show us how you connect.

Photos must be the original creation of entrant with a minimum resolution of 600 x 600 pixels and a maximum resolution of 2048 x 2048 pixels, be in the .jpg or .jpeg format, and must be suitable for family viewing and meet other reasonable community standards.
