Dog Star Photo Contest

Contest details:
Stage 1: Photo and caption uploading to Facebook. You are invited to upload your photos starting from Wednesday 5th September at 9:00am AEST until Tuesday 16th October at 23:59pm AEST.

Stage 2: Judges Choice Judges Choice will commence on Wednesday 17th October at 9:00am and conclude at 17:30pm that day. The top ten judge’s choice photos will be announced to the public via the www.facebook.com/petspalace page. There will be a panel of 5 judges who choose the top 10. The top 10 photos will be online for the public to vote.

Stage 3: Public Vote Public voting will commence on Thursday, October 18th at 9:00am AEST and conclude on Wednesday, December 5th 2012 at 23:59pm AEDST. The winner will be announced on Thursday December 6th 2012 at approx. 9:30 AM on the Pet’s Palace website www.petspalace.com.au, Pets Palace Facebook www.facebook.com/petspalace and notified by email. The winner will be the photo that has the most votes/likes. The runner up will have the second most likes/votes.

The DogStar winner and runner up will be announced via the pets palace website from December 6th, 2012 and will remain on the website under competition winners. All judges’ decisions are final. The promoter (pet’s palace) holds no responsibility for any invalid/incorrect or computer errors or viruses and the entrant should check their entry went live correctly on Facebook.

Grand Prize

*A $200 Pets Palace Gift Voucher to spend online or in-store
*A ‘DogStar’ Banner – the winner will be featured on the pets palace website slider at www.petspalace.com.au for a duration of 2 weeks after the competition.

2nd Prize
*A $50 Pets Palace Gift Card
*A $50 Westfield voucher
*A ‘DogStar’ Banner – the runners up will be featured on the
pets palace website slider at www.petspalace.com.au for a duration of
1 week after the competition (after the winners two weeks on the
site).

3rd Prize
*A chocolate gift pack
*A ‘DogStar’ Banner – the third placed entrant will be featured
on the pets palace website slider at www.petspalace.com.au for a
duration of 1 week after the competition (after the runners up 1
week)

Contestants who place 4th – 10th will receive a treat pack for their dog from Pets Palace.

All entrants to the competition will also receive a $10 Pets Palace gift voucher within days of entering the competition for redemption at the Pets Palace website.

Total Prize pool is valued at $3,800.00

Copyright: All entries may be used in the marketing campaigns for any campaigns Pets Palace wishes to include the winning dog and any entrant in. By entering the competition, the person submitting the dogs photo is acknowledging they are allowed or have permission to do so and understand the photos will be made public on the internet and within pets palace’s marketing and advertising materials and campaigns for as long as the company wishes to Australia wide or globally. All entries into the competition understand that their photos will be used by Pets Palace and made visible on the pets palace website and facebook pages and any other marketing collateral that Pets Palace uses for promotional purposes. By entering this competition, all entrants acknowledge that they may be contacted via email for promotional purposes by pet’s palace or their affiliates and by entering the competition, the entrant is opting in to the pet’s palace promotional database. At all times with promotional communication, Pets Palace provides an opt out facility for people who wish to unsubscribe.
