Water is life and so it is natural that artists are fascinated with all aspects of water. The ocean, the sea, the lake, the river, and even the faucet provide a calming force for humanity. Submit your best water art for this future exhibition.
Eligibility: All international artists, professional and amateur and all art mediums will be considered in this call for entries from photography, wall sculpture, fabric, mixed media, all paintings and drawings including, oil, acrylic, pastels, ink, graphite, etc. It must be able to be hung on a wall to be considered. Sizes up to 12 feet art acceptable. Minimum for photography is 16 x 20
Entry Fee: $35 for 3 entries, $5 each additional entry.
Prizes: *Accepted entries for this online exhibit will be judged again for our collective live show at the Pasadena Gallery in October 2012. $500 will be awarded to the Curator’s Choice for Best Artist. The artists will be asked if they wish to submit their artwork for the show, which is not a requirement to being a part of this show, however, only those who do participate in the live show will be listed in the live show’s slideshow and website and also be eligible for the Curator’s award.
