Prizes: All eligible entrants will be entered to win one of 10 pairs of $50 gift cards—one for themselves and one for their friend. Entrants may be entered into the sweepstakes again as a friend in the photo of another entrant.

Limit of Entry: 1 per person, or 2 people can enter each other

Copyright and usage of entry : All Entries become property of NEFE upon submission and will not be returned. By submitting an Entry, you and your Friend each grant NEFE all the right, title and interest in and to the Photo, including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights. You and your Friend hereby waive all moral rights in any Photo provided by you and represent and warrant to NEFE that any moral rights applicable to such Photo have been waived. For example, moral rights may include the right that a work not be mutilated or distorted without your permission or the right to decide when a work will be presented to the public. You hereby represent and warrant that you have sufficient rights, whether by implication, estoppel, or otherwise to grant NEFE the rights discussed in this Section.
