Prizes: In total, 20 badges will be awarded, with one badge giving you a one in five chance of winning a free trip to the United States of America valued at €4000. The more badges you claim, the bigger your odds are that you will win a trip to the US.
Copyright and Usage of your entry
Entrants must possess the exclusive rights to each entered work and are responsible for having obtained any necessary permission relating to each submitted photograph. The Organizer will not be responsible for any claims or complaints against infringement of rights or damages from third parties relating to the submissions made by the entrants, and the entrant agrees to indemnify and hold the Organizers harmless in such cases.

How to Win Your Trip to the US Entering the competition is easy: upload your best and most creative holiday picture, and fill out the title “i’M AT…” with the location of your picture. For example, you could upload a picture of you surfing in Spain with the title “i’M AT Spain surfing the waves”, and enter your picture in the Adrenalin category.
Over five periods, American Tourister will award one photo in each of the four different categories of the competition (Friendship, Peace of Mind, Nature and Adrenalin) with the highly coveted American Tourister badges. In total, 20 badges will be awarded, with one badge giving you a one in five chance of winning a free trip to the United States of America valued at €4000. The more badges you claim, the bigger your odds are that you will win a trip to the US.
All pictures should be travel related.
The entrant can submit up to 5 pictures in each Period indicating for each picture the category of his/her choice.
Please fill out the online entry form on the American Tourister Photo Contest 2012 website (www.americantourister.eu) and submit it along with the pictures.
The Organizers reserve for themselves and for their subsidiaries and affiliates the permanent non-exclusive right to publish, reproduce, display, distribute, and show on screen any photograph submitted by the entrants on websites, photo exhibitions, tradeshows, point of sale, collateral, brochures, merchandising, advertising or any other media of the Organizers in connection with the Contest and its results. In all cases where such photographs are used, the organizer reserves the right to do so without obtaining the further prior permission of the entrants and without offering any further compensation in any form.
